SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for visiting Casa Artesania. We are a Spanish local artisan brand currently in the pre-launch phase. 

1. LOCAL PICKUP (MERCADILLOS)

For our local customers in Spain, we primarily offer in-person pickup at our local market stalls (mercadillos). Once we formally launch, you can order online and collect your handmade crafts directly at our booth with no additional shipping costs.

2. DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For customers who require delivery to their doorstep, we will offer domestic shipping within Spain and international shipping via Correos or local express couriers. 

- Processing Time: As our products are handmade, order processing typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

- Estimated Delivery Time: Standard domestic shipping takes 3–5 business days. International shipping varies depending on the destination.

3. SHIPPING FEES

Exact shipping fees will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout once our live storefront officially opens for online orders.
